2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating more than one account from the same device, IP address, or person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts and their balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure is entirely your responsibility. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately via live chat.

2.4 Account Verification

7u7i reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other relevant documents may need to be submitted for verification. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 7u7i is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds must be used for legitimate purposes only.

• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted.

• No additional processing fee is charged for deposits.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation and Rejection

7u7i reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction in the following circumstances:

• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If the account verification process is incomplete.
• If a violation of the single account policy is detected.
• If an unusual deposit or withdrawal request is received due to a technical error.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on 7u7i can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. To use this bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Policy

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period and conditions.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

7u7i is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The use of bots, automated software, or any kind of hacking tools on our platform is strictly prohibited.

• Any attempt to manipulate a game's outcome will result in account termination.
• Collusion or illegal cooperation with other players is prohibited.
• Any winnings gained by exploiting a technical error will be voided.

5.2 Technical Errors and Interruptions

If a game is interrupted midway due to a lost internet connection or any other technical reason, 7u7i will make its decision based on the automatically saved data at that moment. In such cases, our decision will be considered final.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. While a bonus is active, the maximum bet amount must remain within the applicable limit — exceeding the limit may result in the bonus being voided.
